Our order processing team will check the file before processing and if we feel the quality is not sufficient for printing, we place the order on hold and we will update the details to the registered email ID of the customer.
Only After finding the resolution for the problem and confirmation from your end, we will start processing your order.

Product Customization:
There are 2 steps involved in Product Customization.
Step 1
We request you to please go through our design catalog and select a design that suits your requirement.
Step 2
After clicking the product, the customization tool will pop up where you can edit all the details in the design.
Once your design is ready, you can proceed further.
Note: If you wish to save the design for future use we request you to please log in before you start customizing the design.
